PSU choise help needed. HiPo TT or bequiet

Hi there i am currently looking at the different psu offers and i just want to get some input if some of these are to be avoided with reason or if they are hidden "gems" or ok at zhe given pricepoint.

First a Highpower PSU rebranded by Sharkoon the Rebel P30 Gold 1300w at roughly 200 us (given current exchange rate)

second in line is the

bequiet purepower 12m 1200w gold

205 us

and last

thermaltake toughpower pf3 1200w platin at roughly 244 us dollar

 

all of the psu exept the highpower one are on the tierlist ( but from this forum and the cultust discord this psu should be an ok/good and should be on a tier from my understanding exept that some buyers had psu coilwhine issues with the 850w version when reading buyers reviews)

the bq is on a tier but in the speculative section and from i read because of maybe low ocp trigger points because of it beeing only multirail without the ability to switch to single on high loads

and the tt toughpower pf3 is on the b tier in the speculative position (i dont know why) also hwbusters say that the fan is a noisy one

 

any input would be great
