CRUCIAL T500 2tb M2 NVMe compatibility with Aorus Master z390

Good day, anyone encounter an error code C4 with DRAM led on with no post on a gigabyte aorus master z390 when using a T500 crucial m2 ssd.

I already have 2 M2 ssd on the system running with no issue.

As soon as I put the crucial on the pc won't post with a C4 code and error led on for dram.

This is what I tries so far.

- disconnect all sata and remove all m2 drives + gpu = no post.

- changed the RAM = no post.

- kept only 1 RAM= post ok but I need more ram on the system.

- RMA the crucial with a new one =same issue.

-latest bios and cleared it several times (cmos) + removed battery.

 

Crucial confirms thar my MOBO is compatible. GIGABYTE do not list it in the compatibility list (still this is an old MOBO so not sure if they are keeping it current).

Any help would be appreciated before I return it.

Nb: the m2 That works : Intel ssd6 (1Tb), lexar nm710 (1Tb) gen 4 4x.

My setup:

Aorus master Z390

I9 9900k 

32gb ram ( new ram are 2 dimm 16gb team t-force and previously 4x8gb vengance lpx )

750w psu

If other M.2 SSD work in that one M.2 slot that T500 is. 
did you try that T500 in other M.2 slots?

 

if yes, then just return it, and buy a better SSD, as T500 is so overpriced, it hurts.

I tried it in the 3 slots (M2M, M2A, M2P). 

This is the replacement part. I am just wondering if anyone encountered the same issue.
