i have a seasonic B12 BC-550, 80+ Bronze, 550W psu and i dont know if it fits in a deepcool matrexx 30, Mini Tower, mATX case

Yes. All ATX psus fit into a Case with ATX psu support

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
