Budget (including currency): 1600€ - 1800€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Multimedia, Gaming (Minecraft Mod, City Skyline), Workmaschine for electrician ( Simulation) 

Other details I upgrade from a Zotac Z-Box with a gtx 1060 and a i5- 7500T.

                        I use a Lg Oled C20 series 4kQ120Hz HDMI 2.1 and an 1080p monitor that will leter be updatet to a 144Hz 1440p ( not certain which ).

I Pickt some Parts that are in my price range but i don't know if there are any good or compatible.

It's my first time doing this, so every help is appreciatet.

7600X is usually a bad deal compared to the 7600.

The 4070 is also not typically a great purchase.
Lastly, you can get windows licenses for €20 or less, never pay full price.

Common build advice: 1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.

I never noticed that, lol, is the X version just for CPU intensive tasks and overclocking people then?

Lately the 7600X has been same price as 7600 or weirdly even cheaper. In Germany the difference is 22eur so I guess big enough not to get it.

For garmany also check the Mindfactory.de mindstar deals, there are somethimes really good deals on components that dont show up on pcpartpicker or geizhals

€22 euros less for only a 1% hit to performance, sounds like a great deal to me.

Nah, the X just has a higher power target by default, but that higher power target only returns a tiny uplift in performance (especially if you turn on PBO on the non X chip). I have no idea why they ever bothered selling the X versions tbh.

Yea I'm saying 7600 is the deal here, 7600X isn't the deal. Sometimes if the price difference from 7600 to 7600X is like 5 eur then its worth it. If price difference is -5 eur then get the cheaper and faster 7600X, it'll just run hotter.
