The cooler master mwe bronze is the way to go off of that list of options, most solid of the lot.

The CV650 is… eh? It’s like a decade old still on shelves. The deepcool choice there is known for being pretty mediocre, as is the MSI mag. The gigabyte psu is just a fairly low end model, and while it’s not the outright awful PG line, it’s in the same family and I just wouldn’t trust it.

I recommend the Deepcool PM650D. Pretty decent Gold rated platform and full range input where the Cooler Master is 230v only. Deepcool PM-D is definitely the better unit.
