Can I run msi rtx 4060 in corsair 450w psu, without any issue?

short answer: NO

Long answer:

Unless you running a CPU with a lower TDP and doesnt overclock it or disable the boost frequency (65W or less), and have high efficiency PSU, please dont tempt it 🙂
