I'd recommend downloading CrystalDiskInfo and seeing how hot it's actually getting. Hard drives should be fine until like 50C (not great for lifespan but they'd at least function correctly). Also, chances are unless you're using some goofy ass 6TB+ 7200RPM drive it really shouldn't be throwing a hissy fit with dickall airflow.

It's a SEAGATE BarraCuda 2TB and yeah I got CrystalDiskInfo and saw everytime it went to around 50-51C it would shut off. I moved it to the front of the case and it now sits most of the time at less than 30C and has stopped it from abruptly and randomly going on and off. Now the mounting isn't really that secure as it's just mounted with 2 screws to a fan mount but until I think of a more permanent solution it will do.
Thank you for your help and time.

So I relatively recently got the "NZXT H5 Flow" case and it's been great so far for the stuff that I needed.
But even more recently I've begun to notice that my hard drive keeps turning on and off when it's being utilized for a decent length of time.
The case came with one 3.5" which was great for me because that was exactly the amount that I needed and I didn't think of it much till now, the way it's set up
there is no air flow going to it because it's pretty much in the back which is more meant for cable management (I'll be sure to provide the instruction booklet). So after
a long day of working I unscrewed the back cover and yeah it wasn't really glowing red burn you to the touch hot, it was warmer then I feel it should be.
So now I'm trying to find a solution which can possibly remove the issue all together like if there are any aftermarket hard-drive mounts which fit in the front space
which is a lot more temperature regulating, or hear out some other opinions. Maybe I'm wrong
and the temperature is actually optimal and I'm facing some other common or uncommon issue
