I want to create a channel on Instagram/TikTok for these types of edits. How can I do it using Premiere Pro? I'm lost on how to search for how to do it.

Unfortunately there will be no instructions from a website or a person on how to create that very specific type of video.

You also won't want to be using Premiere Pro, what you want is After effects if you want to do animations.
