psu custom cables wire gauge

I want to custom wire my entire system as well as sleeve it. From fan wires to sata and of course atx/pcie. Is there a wire gauge that can accomodate all of these items. I've heard that most people use 18AWG for their entire power supply but I'm not sure about what they would use for their fans and front i/o...

 

edit also a good place to buy this wire in usa or canada would be helpful I would probably buy a single 100foot spool to be safe.

I use 16AWG for the 24 pin, 8 pin and PCI-e cables.

I've never bothered rewiring fans because it's a major pita and just sleeve the existing cables.
