You should compare it to a case like the Define R4 from Fractal ermm....switch 810 from nzxt or 800D atleast for pricing.

I can get the 750D for $140 + a $10 rebate. Is this a good deal?

Check out peoples builds of the 750D and other choices and decide. I personally have a 750D you can check out my build log and for example @TheNinjaNextDor has a Define R4

I wouldn't say that price is anything 'special'. It's hit that price hundreds of times. Even currently, I saw a couple a minute ago for ~$140. 

Either way, it's a beautiful chassis. So if you like it, and only you can decide this, then get it.

ncixus.com has it 129.99 shipped no rebates needed.

 

this seems to be the "lowest" e-tailers are willing to let it go for.

if it has all the bells and whistles you are looking for, then it is a bargain.

if waiting for the $99 sale, prolly not in the cards for here or near future.
