I want to know if a NVMe M.2 ssd will fit in this. I know it’s a pretty newbie question. But I’m not much of a hardware guy. IMG_3925.thumb.jpeg.0c656f842e43cb1d49cfc8f27da64b33.jpeg

That is an NVMe M.2 slot. Which motherboard do you have? There are some interesting jumper configurations silkscreened onto the nearby to suggest settings for either SATA or PCIe M.2 operation.

It’s a H61 motherboard. So an NVMe will fit right ?

What H61 board? For a board that old, BIOS support for M.2 is going to be spotty at best

It appears that an M.2 device will fit into that socket... I wouldn't get my hopes up about advertised speeds. I have no idea what those jumps are meant for right beneath the socket. Why are there four? Why are they even there lol

I can't find a manual on this product either.
