Maybe. Whats the pirce? And where are you buying the monitor? Are you sure it's not worth it to get a 144/165/240hz monitor instead?

I got this monitor for free from someone as a present i guess so I just want to use it to it max capacity lol

I see. Do you use Nvidia? Then create a custom profile iwth 75hz and 1920x1080: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/759/~/custom-resolutions

From these specs it seems that the panel is 60Hz, just that the monitor will probably accept 75Hz over VGA for compatibility (but still only display 60).
