Sounds like the Kim Possible ringtone

This has been stuck in my brain for as long as I can remember. Rarely I'll hear it on TV or in public, but only once, so I can never track it down. I've recreated it with LMMS as best I could. The real thing has the general sound of an old Nokia 3310 ring tone.

What is it and where can I get it?
