help my cpu and gpu usage in genshin impact drop to 1.2 percent it only happends on genshin no other game

its a laptop  intel iris and a i5 11th gen  before it would just freeze outa nowhere but now the fps dropped to 1 frame every 3 second with 1 percent cpu and gpu percentages and yes i can load into the game it actually loads in and runs perfectly 60 pfs smooth then it dropps after like 10 seconds

Tried repairing the game? Click the three lines button next to the launch button in the launcher, then select "Repair Now".
