Text gone missing (behind) a picture

Hello,

I was viewing a post.
Found the text to be missing, as in sentence was not finished. See picture.

 

 

But then when i went to quote the message for a reply more text became available once i removed the ipcture from the quote. (clicking them+hitting DELkey).
As you can see in pictures below.

Using Firefox 117.0.1 (64-bit) (latest as of posting)
1920x1080p 60hz monitor for viewing.
Dark/night mode enabled.
Not using any zooming.

PC specs are in my profile (can add if needed).

Can confirm, issue is present on Chrome 116.0.5845.172 (mobile) as well (still dark mode).

Same here - using the latest version of Edge. Also Dark mode - 1080p 60hz. It's probably universal considering

It looks like the text was pasted from somewhere else, and carried over some of the formatting. It sucks, but is pretty hard to fix in the general case.

Roger that, so ill maybe just ask poster nicely to hit enter couple times in between.

I've fixed their post now (but still can't prevent it happening again)

Nor should you with so many posts a day.

But now we know, i could always ask the poster to put some space in between.
Since it comes from a copy and paste, formatting like this will most likely be very rare anyway.
Here's hoping.
