Bright Office Problems // Any monitors with better visibility?

steeps

My office is incredibly bright, with nearly direct sunlight blasting it all day.  Best part: the only way we can orient the workspace is with the windows shining right on the front of the monitors.

Are there any panels that have better viewability with direct or bright light?

I'm looking for a office-user monitor, not a gaming one.  Probably 1080p and targeting words on screen (Office suite, business software, web based tools, document management).  I could easily sacrifice response time and colour accuracy.

Which is your current monitor?

How do you connect currently the monitor to... the image source?

Not English-speaking person, sorry, I'll make mistakes. If you're kind, maybe you'll be able to understand.

If you're really kind, you'll nicely point that out so I will learn more about write in good English.  🙂

Look for monitors with higher nits of brightness. That is number one factor when you have problem with the room being too bright. It's more important than the monitor being matte or not.

“Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.
It matters that you don't just give up.”

Look for monitors that claim brightness of at least 300 nits. That should be enough to counteract even direct sunlight comfortably.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
