OK,

So Chris Roberts has said that we will have to use an organisation as a buddy list here it is.

The reason why I've made this is because it's going to be hard to find the regular users in the sea of UOLTT members, plus we are all going to want to play with friends, this is what I have made this Org for.

 

Use it as your buddy list.

Unsure how exactly (see edit 2 in OP) but collecting a list and will contact all forum users on the list when details become clearer.

Well my login ID is different but nobody can see that but me so that doesn't really matter. But my "Handle" and "Community Monicker" are the same. I suppose they have changed it nowadays so that they cant be the same.
