First Time PC Build for Starfield

BethesdaBoi

Budget (including currency): $1000 USD

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Starfield, and I want to try streaming. I'll probably play some other games eventually but I'll be hooked on Starfield for a while

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Selling my PS5 to help with my budget, my friend is giving me his old 1080p monitor for now and can help me build the computer. He said I shouldn't buy a prebuilt but I'm not sure what to get. I can buy a cheap mouse and keyboard for now and upgrade those later, I'm not including them in my budget. Help please! Thanks in advance!

I know this is a bit over but it's a great build for 1080p and it's ready for 1440p whenever you want to upgrade. The 5800x3d is an amazing CPU for 1080p and 1440p and the 6700 XT is a really good GPU for both too. For keyboard a keyboard I recommend the Redragon K552, its $36 USD but its an amazing keyboard for its price.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).
I'm learning video editing and trying to get some cash as a high school student.
I like F1, my favourite team is Scuderia Ferrari and favourite driver is Charles Leclerc. Favourite track is Red Bull Ring in Austria.
Playing with a 1080p 60hz monitor right now, hoping to upgrade to a 1440p 144hz one soon.

Living in AU and that pisses me off since every event is late at night or early in the morning (almost every F1 race starts around 11 PM AEST time)

Quick Sync Video it is. When push comes to shove and you didn't liked it, at least you got a decent media encoder instead of trying to make AMD AMF work. Not worth trying to shove NVENC at this low of a price range because Nvidia is a shamelessly greedy asshole.

Hey it's me again. Some life stuff came up and I'm only getting around to building my PC now. I have almost everything from your list but I can't get that CPU cooler locally, do you have any other suggestions? It's already under budget so it's OK if an alternative is a bit more expensive.
