Printer Nerds Needed

Hi all, I have a Epson et-4550 Eco Tank that I got used

 

I have done multiple (probably about 100 by now) clean print heads, at least 2-3 power cleanings (one of which included using a cleaner solvent), and have gone inside and cleaned the print heads myself at least twice. I have also played with the printer software, setting it to print slower and higher quality.

 

The color printing works relatively well, but the black tends to be abysmal. I always have horizontal lines cutting through my paper. Furthermore, the black letters tend to be blurry.

 

If you all have some tips, maybe parts that need replacing, I am all ears.
