Meta Quest 2 Air Link/Virtual Desktop lag or connection issue

I am having an issue while trying to play VR through Air Link/Virtual Desktop. I haven't had this issue until today.

 

The problem: When trying to play VR I get intermittent stuttering no matter what I'm doing, game or steamvr menu. I'm thinking it's a wireless connection issue but in virtual desktop it says my connection stays at 5ghz 1200. I have the regular Xfinity router (model: CGM4331COM) that isn't blocked by anything, and is only about 10 feet from my play space. I checked my Wi-Fi settings in the quest and it shows Wi-Fi 6 and I'm connected to the 5ghz band.

32gb DDR4

 

I have re-started my router and it does not fix the issue.

Turns out my headset needed updated. Works great now.
