Would like to make sure I'm making the right decisions - feedback much appreciated

Budget (including currency): 6500 ILS

Country: Israel

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: A true all purpose build - Gaming (and modding and streaming), Music making, Video editing and work from home (so reliability is important too)

Other details ILS in country prices are obviously more pricier than PC Part Picker pricings, this exact build on the vendor I trust the most costs 6100 ILS at this time.
I am also planning ahead by a lot so I can account for potential price drops in the next 4-6 months or so. there is no rush to buy this pc.

Food for thought, going with DDR5 since at least prices in the US on both the motherboards and RAM kits aren't bad. DDR4 is obsolescent at this point 1-2 generations in for both Intel and AMD, where prices on good 32GB kits are sub $100.

I have thought about that and I'm still not 100% sure
it'll barely fit in my budget if I get a CL38/CL40 kit and change the motherboard accordingly, the DDR4 kit I selected is half price of those and 33% of the price if I were to buy a CL32
Looking at about 400 ILS for the current kit, ~800 ILS for the CL40/38, ~1300 for a CL32 kit and I'm not sure the performance difference would matter enough to be worth it.

if the price reasonably drops in the next few months I would not mind the switch

Buy whichever is the cheaper of the 12700K or the 13600K. Performance is a toss up between the two.

Buy a cheap B760M mobo with good power delivery. Don't splurge on wifi. Buy a WiFi card, since it would probably be much better than what the mobo manufacturer sells you.

Don't splurge on a case if looks are insignificant.

Welp, this is a rude awakening to just how many parts aren't really available at my location 😵‍💫
every single part replacement you proposed wasn't available. in fact, most DDR5 solutions seem to just not be a thing at all at the moment over here.
looks like that's something i'll keep an eye on for the later months.

Noted about the WIFI card thing, that saved me a lil bit of cash by switching over to Gigabyte B760 gaming X DDR4 for now.
Case looks are in fact insignificant, but I did decide to splurge a little bit on a case with removable dust filters and a good amount of fans.
