Getting the message over current has been detected on usb device

Hello I am using a z390-A pro and don't know what to do about this message that I am recieving even though I have no usb devices connected, would someone kindly help cheers.

Is this is a new build? If so, check the back of the motherboard (the IO shield) and see if there are any pieces of metal sticking into any of the USB ports.

I built it myself around a year ago if not longer, I'll check it and tell u

If you have any front panel ports connected to the motherboard headers disconnect them and see if it still gives the error.
