My PC Crashed AND now It wont Go Fürther than the BIOS start Screen

Hi Guys,

My Just Crashed after I tapped Out of my Game and now my PC wont start Windows and Just continues to be stuck at the BIOS start Screen im also unable to get into the BIOS and i sonst knie what to do 

I Hope u Guys can Help me fix thus Problem

Reset CMOS first

Then try to boot off a Windows boot USB stick, maybe UEFI/Windows is corrupted
