accept except the mouse(that means operating system, keyboard, monitor...)

FTFY. So does that mean no peripherals, monitor and OS?

Might not be the case since OP might have made a mistake in his post. "This price includes everything accept the mouse(that means operating system, keyboard, monitor...)". He could have meant 'except'.

The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Only Abate, Axe, and Wobbles can save us.

@jtrier1

@i_build_nanosuits

I'm not sure if an FX will do him any good; he said upgradable so I suggested either i3-4130 or 760K because they're upgradable to Haswell v2 / Broadwell and future FM2+ respectively (not so much the Intel, there's only so much you can do with Intel).

I'm quite sure that the FX brand and AM3+ as a whole will be dead soon, but I can't be certain what AMD's plans are. I do know that AMD probably intends to continue the FM2+ lineage since its so new.

Also, no offence guys but that EVGA 500B PSU is really bad and since he's going with an overclockable AMD platform it's probably not a safe choice.

The FX performs better than the i3 and the 760k and he can upgrade to a FX-9750 without changing the mobo down the road. The EVGA 500W was highly rated by consumers on PCpartpicker, which is why I chose it. Thanks for the input anyway.

This FX CPU is powerful enough to play games for the entire PS4/*XBone era, no need to upgrade after that, all what will be needed is GPU upgrade, and this ''EVGA PSU'' as you say is top of the line for the price check reviews for yourself before you make recommandtations, this unit is from the 2nd top tier PSU for 2014. You can't beat this unit at this price point, sorry!

What I would get:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K $79.50 + $7.15 (Tax) = $86.65 @ Amazon (Overridden) /* Overridden because of hidden shipping cost */
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 $18.15 + $1.63 (Tax) = $19.78 @ OutletPC /* SEE NOTE 1 */
Motherboard: MSI A78M-E45 $49.99 + $4.49 (Tax) = $54.48 @ Micro Center /* SEE NOTE 2 */
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB $64.99 + $5.84 (Tax) = $70.83 @ NCIX US
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB $54.44 + $4.89 (Tax) = $59.33 @ Amazon
Video Card: EVGA GTX 750 1GB $114.99 + $10.34 (Tax) = $125.33 @ NCIX US
Case: Apex PC-389-C $29.99 + $2.69 (Tax) = $32.68 @ Amazon
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Certified $39.50 + $3.55 (Tax) = $43.05 @ Amazon
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor $264.99 + $23.84 (Tax) = $288.83 @ B&H /* SEE NOTE 3 */
Keyboard: Rosewill RK-101 Wired Standard Keyboard $6.99 + $0.62 (Tax) = 7.61 @ Amazon
Total: $723.53 + $65.04 (Tax) = $788.57

Note 1: while the difference on the heatsink between stores is only 1 penny, using NCIX' price match would avoid dollars in shipping cost. if you can't get the price match, buy heatsink at Amazon because their free shipping causes it to be the cheapest.

Note 2: Price matching at NCIX will save you $5.99 on hidden microcenter shipping.

Note 3: the monitor in fact has a cheaper price at superbiiz, but with shipping. you can take advantage of NCIX price match and over $100 cart free shipping. you'll save $1  :D but more importantly, 1 less store to make an account at.

when gsync comes out, you can mod your monitor and make it feel better with less.  yes, 40 fps with gsync on will feel better than stuttery 50 fps vsync.

Dude, I think you should probably do your research before claiming that it's top of the line. Where do you see it being in Tier 2B? It's not even in Tier 3: tier 3 is the 750W and the Classified.

This goddamn PSU is in Tier 4. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Do your research.

Here, have a read http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/EVGA/500B/

Knowing TPU, 7.8 is a low enough score.

I prioritize monitor.

LOL dude why would he need a 144hz monitor? That 750 is so slow it won't even be able to provide 144 frames lol

And it's not even IPS

yes it will. not very high settings on crysis, but games these days don't need to be on very high to look great. once you go 144 you can't go back. thats why I said its what I would get. I don't say its the best for everyone.

There shouldn't be a $40 option PSU anyways...when you can get a great, reliable PSU (relatively) for $50-60.

Come on, $10-15 won't net you a significantly better GPU. Get a CX500 / CX500M for $55-60, or a XFX TS550 for $55 ($47 after rebate I think).

60FPS is considered perfeclty fluent framerates by 99.9% of the users, and no a GTX 750 will not run any modern games at 144FPS, not even on low settings unless you are playing at 1024x768 resolution

wich is not very interesting. The quad core athlon CPU can't feed 144 frames in any modern games either, you need a 6 core intel beast with hyperthreading for that kind of performance

with 2x GTX 780 SLI or r9 290 crossfire.

Check review for the corsair CX...it's aweful! Chinese made capacitors, poor design, bad quality components, it's much worse than the EVGA unit i picked, much worst.
