Need a second opinion on my new pc build

Budget (including currency): <$2000

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly used for schoolwork and needs to be able to run Warzone 2.0 at 60 fps

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Upgrading from an Alienware 17 R5 gaming laptop. I chose some parts from pc part picker and am not sure if they will fit right.

Your monitor resolution plays a big factor on your frame rates. So what is your monitor resolution?

OK I see that build in the link in the OP has changed. That CM 212 isn't a cpu cooler to be recommended, that RAM you have chosen is slow as molasses and there are less expensive 850W psu's ... btw I see the budget has went from $1500 to $2000.
