New computer won’t turn on

Dqzz

Hello guys, i just bought a new CPU + Motherboard combo and my PC won’t turn on

Specs :

CPU : Intel i5 12600Kf (brand new)

MB MSI PRO Z690-A (brand new)

GPU : Radeon RX5600XT

PSU : Corsair CX650M

CPU Cooling Fan : BeQuiet Pure Rock

RAM :  DDR4 Ballistix Sport LT (2 x 8 Go)

Note that nothing else is plugged in and the PC still won’t start up.

I have tried removing the GPU and still nothing

So far my problem is :

When I try to boot the computer, the CPU EZDebug LED turns and stays on, and the computer shuts off after a few seconds.

What I have tried already :

Flashing BIOS, with 3 different USB drives, but when i try the FlashBios light blinks for a few seconds then stays on forever.

However as the CPU and MB were in a combo deal, I don’t think I should have to flash the BIOS, tried it anyway.

EDIT I have also tried switching up the RAM sticks, multiple times, still nothing.

Did you get the drivers from this link? PRO Z690-A (msi.com)

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?
