Where you got this? Is this a new old thing? Its swiftech for sure, but can't find the product

Definitely looks like an old Apogee Drive, but without any letters on it. Maybe some sort of OEM solution they designed?

You're right, its very old. Those Corsair Dominators (DDR3). I miss that design

I wanted to look for inspiration online for water-cooling, and happaned to run into the image. I do not know where it originally came from.

From what I'm reading, it's an older design, which would probably mean it would be incompatible with modern CPU sockets. I think I've found an alternative. The alphacool eisblock xpx. Would that work?

btw if yer using opaque blocks, best to flush yer rad thoroughly since u can't visually inspect for debris stuck on microfins
