Definitely looks like an old Apogee Drive, but without any letters on it. Maybe some sort of OEM solution they designed?

You're right, its very old. Those Corsair Dominators (DDR3). I miss that design

I wanted to look for inspiration online for water-cooling, and happaned to run into the image. I do not know where it originally came from.

btw if yer using opaque blocks, best to flush yer rad thoroughly since u can't visually inspect for debris stuck on microfins
