PC keeps restarting when gaming (and recording)

So I have started recording my games on my PC. But it doesn't necessarily restart when I'm gaming+recording.
It restarts even with just gaming.

Motherboard: Asus Rog B350-F Gaming
Processor: AMD ryzen 7 1700x
RAM: 16gb ripjaws + 8gb hyperx
GPU: Zotac 3070 ti triple fan
SSC: Seagate Barracude Q5 NVME M.2

 

The PC restarts when playing games. I tried so many things and even got it checked with various shops. No use.
Even old games that I have played and completed, cause me errors at some point.
I tried windows 10 and 11 both. same issue.
Updated GPU drivers, no use.
The computer repair guys said they tested with a more powerful PSU, but no use.

Various methods it restarts
1) I was able to play and complete the Batman Arkham Asylum Game on my PC this time. But if I connect it to my 4K TV, it restarts in a few seconds. Although the graphic settings were set to medium.
FOr this the game restarts immediately
here it restarts without any warning. just shuts down and restarts

2) For some games like Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, it restarts during the first logo loading where it shows the game development and other company logos
here it shows the blue screen before restarting but it's kinda cropped

3) when playing Batman Arkham City, it restarts differently.
like you know when PC restarts it play the last sound, like if you are playing a game and character is example saying Hello and it gets stuck at that hehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
The same way, the sound gets stuck, but I am still able to continue playing for like 3-5 seconds. then it restarts directly. no blue screen.

Please help guys. I wasted so much money on getting it tested and every repair guy has a different opinion.
