Audio Not Working

I bought some DT 770s pros and plugged them it i thought it was the headphones so i plugged in my previous headphones (working right before i plugged new headphones) and got no audio either.Iv tried updating my audio drivers and nothing.

At least you've confirmed with another unknown-to-anyone-but-you device, that both headphones are fully functional, right?

 

What else has changed? What kind of a device are we actually talking about? MOAR INFO!!!

Yes both headphones are working. its connect to my pc. the headsphones are DT770s

ive updated my audio drivers since i thought that was the issue nothing else has worked
