Possible to have zero or close to zero latency with bluetooth earbuds on PC?

Altaren

Bluetooth will always have noticeable latency. Iirc it’s around 100 to 150ms and If you were playing a game at 144fps, that would mean 25 frames of delay. I remember some protocols with lower latency (aptX LL) BUT I am not sure if you can make use of that on PC.

Tired of playing shooters or other action games with full size headphones and i'm wondering if its possible to get a good wireless experience with earbuds. I'm currently using Sennheiser TW Momentum 3 with a somewhat generic BT 5.0 usb adapter (something like this).

Trying to google this i only run into people with delay and severe latency issues and no actual way to completely remove latency.

Is such a thing even possible, maybe with a better bluetooth adapter or something else?

On windows extra latency is added due to windows bluetooth being just miserable.

Aptx does make it a lot better but its basically not functional.

Logitech now has those gamer earbuds for a very high price for something that'll have a dead battery in 2-3years
