Weird crashes and blue screens

VINCEindaHOUSE

I recently did a upgrade (I went from a 3800x to a i7 13700k and 64 gb ram) everything was fine for about 3 months then i got my first blue screen and didnt think much of it but now ive had a few more about 2 in a week and ive have multiple games crashing that havent before and was wondering what anyone thinks could be happening. I didnt do a fresh install of windows at all since i first built my pc a i7 7700k just carried the drive forward but my friend suggested maybe a bad ram stick thoughts?

Probably something to do with the install. Intel to Intel is fine, but AMD to Intel isn't. There's more of a process to go through since its different chipsets and drivers.
