anyone know how to unenroll a chromebook without being a sysadmin? sowns dodgey but anyone know? its a bluebird samsung chromebook

Ask the sysadmin to release it from the company/school.

thing is i cant really, brought it form some guy saying it was untested and idk where its from or anything

Should say what company it's enrolled under (our Macs at work do, I would assume that's a standard feature for MDMs across multiple OSes), email them with the serial # of the device and see if they're willing to release it. 

 

Otherwise you'll have to seek elsewhere, helping folks get around this sort of thing isn't allowed on this forum.

Sounds very fishy. Return the machine, if possible, or try to find out who the original owner is and contact them.

will do, i was hoping for this chromebook to work as it would be easier for coding in say bed or somewhere else
