Gpu not detected on laptop

Currently gpu does not work nor is detected in bios, only integrated is working. Tried reseting the PC, installing drivers, windows "fixing screen". To add, attempting to install drivers results in windows crashing. Tried everything I could think of.

 

Specs on Lenovo 5 15imh05h

 

i7-10750H

 

GTX 1660 TI (Discrete/laptop gpu)
