Ryzen 5 5500 + 6700xt, will crush that pathetic 11400f + 1660ti. Heck its got a better psu than that rando ass 500w, though it is abit overbudget cause case so you may wanna consider looking for a used case instead

 

6700xt red devil for 295$ on ebay

 

There are other areas you can save on by going used like used b3/450 or x3/470 mobo or used psu

Ive seen worse but honestly build yourself would be it at such a low budget.

 

@Somerandomtechyboi got the right idea, but i think 2080 Super would be more appropriate in pricing and offers the same performance if OP is just going to throw it inside of their 1080p display, which would have a bit lower VRAM requirement. Best PPD if OP cares more about cost compression and beating that thing would be to go with used 5700XT or 1660 Super.
