LTT went down?

Apparently LTT went offline. It started with the notification module spazzing out, then a pop-up saying "You cannot perform this action when the board is offline." Fine. So I click on the Forums tab and see a message:

 

Should be back up shortly. Quick maintenance MrWizard

 

Two minutes later LTT went back online and I posted this.

 

 

So what went wrong?

and a fast one it didn't even lasted a full minute
