That's why.

Either convert the drive to GPT (if its already GPT proceed to next option) or wipe and reinstall windows. The later is preferable. Converting it to GPT not not guaranteed to make it just work, you should really build a new PC with a fresh install.

Just did a new system build and am currently unable to boot into windows 10. There are no error codes / lights on and I am able to get into the bios.

Build:

Asrock x670e Steel Legend (newest bios installed 1.18)

Ryzen 7900x3d

Corsair Dominator 2x16 6000 MHz ram (set to run at auto in the bios and running at 4800 MHz for now)

RTX 4080

Samsung 500 GB SSD from previous build with windows on it

Any tips would be appreciated.
