This is old news, this article is about finalisation of settlements not initiation of a lawsuit.

This situation came about in January.

Oh, I guess your right! Didn't look at the publishing date. Read it on a Norwegian site earlier today, and just posted that link since it was in english and related.

At least for that one Dutch guy that fought back, there was zero jurisdiction in the Netherlands and all this did was make Kanye West look like a bigger butthurt idiot who spent thousands in legal fees over what is arguably the dumbest alt coin.

I wasn't saying the article is old, it was posted on 6th May!

Just that the title and your input indicated that the initial lawsuit had only just taken place when it actually has been ongoing since the beginning of the year.

This article itself is fresh and a worthy status update on the situation. :)

Ok. That made a bit more sense. Guess that title there is bit misleading the. Well better get some more info on a case before I post some thing next time :)
