What PSU would fit best?

Squiggles

Earlier before my holidays I had and still have a problem with my PSU, which was stated in my previous post: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/140044-brand-new-pc-shuts-down-on-demanding-games/

I didnt buy a new PSU yet because I was away for a while and now I'd like your help with my serious problem. The PSU that I currently have is i-tec Power Gamer 700 Watt ATX 12V v2.3.
So I would like to ask you which PSU would you recommend?

Seasonic M12II Bronze 850 850W 80 Plus Bronze retail
or

Seasonic X-750 750W 80 Plus Gold

I really dont know the difference between the two apart from the voltage. But which one should I get?

Just get the XFX XTR 550W. I don't understand why you would go with a 750 or 850W psu
