Is 1080p 27" bad? What about dual curved monitors?

My girlfriend is looking for two 1080p monitors, is 27" is decent for general productivity and gaming or does it look pixelated?

 

We also wonder, do dual curved monitors make sense or should we look for flat monitors?

That's a highly personal opinion. If you like it, yay! Personally, I think it's a solution in search of a problem

Personally, 1080 over 22" looks bad imo for desktop use. I had a 29" ultrawide 2560x1080 and the vertical being only 1080 was pretty crappy imo.

Defnitely not for me. Text is pixelated for 27". 1080p should stop at 24".

This is user preferable. You should bring your girl friend look the actual device as not everyone love curve.

Yeah 1080p is pretty good quality, even for curved 27"' monitors. Now what you should be looking at is how many Hz it has. The higher the better.

I use a 32" 1080p monitor as a TV at the foot of my bed. The pixel density is not good even at that distance, I can see the pixel stepping whenever red is on the screen. I would not buy a 1080p monitor over 23" for desktop use.
