Yeah. I recently reinstalled my win 11 and installed the latest drivers not even a month ago.

In some situations, it is important to install Windows 11 drivers and not the Windows 10 ones. If you have any drivers available for Windows 11, you should try those. And if you have any BIOS updates available, that would probably be a good idea too.

You can try and take all your usb devices and wiggle their cables/connectors gently to see if there is a faulty cable or connection somwhere. If you wiggle your keyboard and the sound comes up it may be that. Wiggle it gently some more and see if the sound is more constant.

This could also be generated by an AIO with USB power, RGB controllers, monitors (switching display modes, sleep/ wake) with USB hubs built in etc. Updating drivers and firmware for such devices can sometimes help as a lot of these devices install thier own drivers alongside chipset USB drivers.

That could be it, but I dont have any rgb or even case fans and when my display changes picture modes, it is clearly visible and it doesnt freak out then.

Sounds like a cable issue. Myself maybe 1 year ago i also had the USB connect disconnect beep driving me crazy. I unplugged everything then one at a time plugged things back in. my issue resolved itself after replacing the USB cable that I had running to a USB hub. I can only assume that the cable was faulty or degraded over time ?  My hub is maybe 6 years old so degradation i suppose is quite possible.?
