SSD storage slowly going down!

Hello,so today my SSD storage was 400MB(I know it is low) and it is going down slowly,currently it is at 36MB,should i order new one ASAP?What will happen if the storage runs out?

The free space? 

Perhaps check what's hogging th espace with WinDirStat then.

Ssds loose perfomance as they fill up if you need more storage than your drive can handle (i only recomend filling 80-90% of a ssd) you should get one. You dont have to replace this drive it is still a fine drive if it is completly full.

Ok so do you mean speed or storage space?

 

If speed are you copying a large file/a large amount of files(many gigabyes)? If so the ssds cache most likely filled up and is now writing directly to its slowest storage memory. This is normal

No it is the storage.Slowly going down.It is 128GB but it isnt enough so i will buy a bigger one.

Oh yeah thats just the pagefile, updates, temp data,... going up and down.

 

128gb for a main drive is quite small id recommend 500gb at the least

Warning, if the overall space of ssd is going down, that indicates NAND failure, and the SSD is retiring the NAND blocks ( sometimes it was observation in older MLC drive )

 

if you are talking just about the free space, then just the idea of 400MB free is already bad, as the performance thanks.  
delete, or archive not used files. 
even delete the temporary files   
it could be anything, even chrome temporary files

I have one question.I am choosing between M2 kingstone ssd or samsung but the price difference is high in my country.Is samsung worth the price? or should i get the kingstone one?

Kingston NV2 500GB M2  or  500GB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe M.2

One of the worst TLC SSD and one of the better ones,     

 

you only have PCIe 3.0 but it all depend on price, in my country KC3000 is right now very at good price, where are you buying them?

The Kingston FURY Renegade is E18 + ddr4 + 176l TLC top chart SSD.

 

there are only 4 SSD m.2 in that store 480-512GB ( so can’t relly help much )
if you want performance then Kingston FURY Renegade is better choice then 980 pro and it’s cheaper 229₾ vs 299₾ For the 980 pro.    
 

 

the NV2 have relly slow NAND variand of the 112L Kioxia TLC NAND. 
It should work, but it’s slow.
