Why does this happen to me, what is it?

ManOfDisguise

So I just had a 4 day break from school n now im in the bus I was standing just now but i just had to sit down because I started feeling like complete shit. Everything got hotter, I started sweating, my face went pale and i felt like i really needed to take a shit and like i was about to vomit. Had this happen to me once before also in the bus after a longer school break. Is it bevause of stress? Cuz i dont feel stressed out today

I'm no doctor but it sounds like an anxiety attack, don't need to feel immediate stress for them to manifest.

could be CO2 poisoning from the bus's exhaust leak..

Yeah, sounds kinda similar to a panic attack or something similar. But usually they'd have accelerated heartbeats, and possibly difficulty breathing. So I'm not sure. Go see a doctor.

I don't know if my face goes pale but the rest of this is the same for me like every morning during the week. I found out if I have breakfast that's making it worse.

I think it's because altough you're not obviously stressed, you're still stressed subconsciously. Like if something's making you nervous an upcoming test or maybe something else in your school. I don't think theres a lot you can do about it I just got used to it. But it may help if you don't procastinate a lot of stuff so you don't have to keep too much stuff on your mind.
