Im looking for a good processor under £70

Any suggestions?

For a little over, you can get an Intel i3 4130, which has a large upgrade path (i5, i7 or Xeon)

 

But, under, there is the Athlon X4 760K. Keep in mind that there is not much of an upgrade path.

amd fx 4100 at micro center refurbished $40 american dollars. Also sometimes you can fine a core 2 duo e8400 which is outdated but still plays games on lowest/medium.

I run my own indie game company called Color Dragon Studios where we are currently making a 2d platformer game called Small Earth.
