I only count 20.

 

Where did you take this screen shot and what is the thing you're concerned about? I don't really see anything out of the ordinary with it, you've got just 6.5 GB of RAM being used and a 17GB page file that's also being used.

my available ram is basically cut in half, its a screen from system information

Available RAM is just the RAM that's not being used by programs. If you've got Chrome, Spotify, Steam, Discord, etc. running in the background, half the RAM being gone would make perfect sense.
