1660TI not at full potential?

I have recently gotten a 1660ti and paired it with a I7 3770 (non K). I have so far only tried it on roblox (thought process was that it's a light, crappy game that this thing could annihilate) but so far, Im yet to see any 'annihilating' going on. It's peformace so far has been very average and under whelming. It's been sat at 30-60ish percent usage most of the time i've used it today and sometimes seems to struggle. Im aware that the CPU is a slight bottle neck but this is roblox for crying out loud! 3770 bechmarks on YouTube paired with regular 1660's are getting 120odd fps on Fortnite and other games similar yet im sturggling to get that in some roblox games.

In conclusion, I just want to know any tips that could possible semi-resolve the issue at least. I got the card second hand is in amazing condition. The card booted up first time, no issues, and seems great minus the slight lack performance and it only showing up as a 1660 after installing drivers for it, (showed up as a 'Default Microsoft Display Adapter' to being with). Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Yes I used DDU to remove the drivers and Geforce experience app. I didn't do it in Safe mode but i don't think it makes a difference.
