Good RPG where your choices influence the game to some degree, and you can ally with various factions, fight with others... quite a lot of fun.

 

Better than the original Fallout 3 (but it's worth playing Fallout 3 if you never played a Fallout game, for a more complex/detailed introduction into the fallout universe, learn more about the various factions, etc )

 

Also... works on even shitty hardware so that's a bonus  (on very new hardware you may need to edit one or two settings in an .ini file but those are listed on steam forums and other places as workarounds)
