Posted October 14, 2022 Hi! As the title says I am in search of a laptop mostly for when I'm not at home (hotel rooms, train rides etc.) and I propably won't use it much for heavy load. My budget would be around 300 EUR/USD for a used Laptop. Since I won't use it much for heavy load I don't need super high specs but would like to have a overall good build quality and keyboard, a nice display, a usable touchpad and long battery life. Posted October 14, 2022 Used prices are extremely dependent on the market. Your local prices might be wildly different from elsewhere. But since you're looking into 15 inchers then something like a ThinkPad E15 comes to mind, should be around that price now. Don't expect a nice display however, it's only okay. Posted October 15, 2022 Look at used business laptops (Lenovo ThinkPads, preferably from T/X lineup / Dell Latitudes / HP EliteBooks). A good battery life will be next to impossible, but everything else can be done as long as the used market in your country isn't completely bonkers like it is on mine (where people think $300 for a 12 year old ThinkPad is acceptable) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
