Is there anyone that have fixed the issue in that card? cause the blower makes a looot of noise

Welcome to blower GPU's.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

You could clean the blower out the more dust they have the harder they work.... the louder they get.

 

If it is clean you could try setting your own custom fan profile?

Yeah a card of this age a clean and repasting wouldn't go amiss. 

 

It will never be quiet though. There's a reason blower cards have fallen out of favor.

Could look for one of those Arctic Accelero third party coolers that might be compatible.

 

I can't really recommend putting money/effort into a card this old and limited, though.

You could but like 100$(the price of a proper one) gets you a better more quiet card or less for a better more quiet version of the gtx970.

 

Just clean the blower heatsink with compressed air and repaste the gpu if you havent in the last 5 years.
