Yeah but they are easier to tear than a typical laptop.

I wouldn’t expect them to be any worse than smartphone ribbon cables tbh. Though with how many are packed into a camera, there are that many more opportunities for things to break.

True, I have torn smartphone ribbons but a  camera is also easy but idk how to put it

I just have a first-gen Sony alpha NEX-F3 I got for 80 USD.  No idea how much better this is.  Probably at least 11 times better.
