Seems like it's way more difficult when there's no back to the desks.  Maybe you could rig up some kind of backing.

New chair, though.  Definitely.

That's on the list. Im surprised it's even still together at this point considering i spent 50$ at office max like 6 or 7 years ago.

New chair? naw just put some duct tape over the worn out parts and it's good as new.

I'd definitely accidentally kick that case and subwoofer all the time if it was under my desk, can't help having long legs

There's absolutely no padding left in the chair or i would. I work software development remotely and usually work 8-12 hour days so it's murder on my back. Im thinking ill try one of the chairs that ltt is always advertising/sponsored by (specifically with the satisfaction garunteed claim in mind) but definitely need something comfortable.

I do kick it all the time lol. I tend to use it as a foot rest/foot massager

Hard when you have it like that and not against the wall.

Improvements would be:

Use more zipties or similar to keep cables more together.

Don't let the power cables to the power strip go diagonal to the leg, make it go there horizontal, zip tie it with the other cables.

Don't have the diagonal cables on the supports there, have them down the legs.

Aka let cables follow the legs , the one cross beam close to the floor or right under and paralell to the desktop as possible.

If cables isn't long enough for that, then buy new ones, but don't buy way to long ones either.

The general rule of thumb is that you need to move cords via the shortest path possible to the closest straight edge (no diagonals).  Then follow that edge until it intersects another edge, etc, up until you reach the closest point to the terminal point for the cable, and then take the shortest, most direct route to that location from the straight edge the cable is following.

A lot of what you have doesn't follow the frame of the desk to the corners, and instead stops halfway or whatever--allowing cords/cables to appear more disorganized.

Not worth 3D printing cable channels. Just buy some black cable socks. Gather bunch of cables going to one direction together. If you have longer cables, route them long way around to keep multiple runs to minimum.

So everything on top to one point if possible (behind middle monitor). Everything from PC up the leg and under the table towards middle.
